Educational Talent Search “Second Chance” (ETSSC) is an academic outreach program designed to identify qualified youth with potential for education at the postsecondary level and encourage them to complete secondary school and undertake a program of postsecondary education. The program is also responsible for publicizing the availability of financial aid for persons who pursue postsecondary education; and encourage persons who have not completed education programs at the secondary level to enter or reenter and complete these programs.
The CEDA Board of Directors’ Charles David Hughes Graduate Scholarship recognizes outstanding graduate students with an interest in careers that make a significant contribution to society and not-for-profit organizations.
