Description:
Position serves to provide supportive clerical services for CEDA’s Weatherization program.  Duties include assisting with reports, correspondence, data entry, and invoice reconciliation.

Duties:
Include, but are not limited to, entering invoice reconciliation data into the Weatherization System for job tracking and cost reporting purposes; reconciling contractor invoices versus completed work for payment processing; purging and tracking client files; and assisting with the intake, verification and approval process of all WX applications to ensure compliance with all federal guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications: 
High school graduate (or equivalent) or one to three months’ related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and/or Lotus Smart Suite.

Excellent math skills with the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.  Proficient with 10-key calculator.  Ability to organize and maintain filing system.  Must possess good judgment, initiative and be dependable.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Bilingual (Eng/Span) strongly desired.
