CEDA publishes an array of reading materials delivering current information about programs, services and events. Each of CEDA’s programs offers brochures outlining the services offered and guidelines for eligibility. CEDA also publishes Community Networking News, a quarterly newsletter covering happenings within and affecting the organization. Yearly, CEDA releases the Report to the People including financial information and program information reports.

CEDA Small Business Loan Program helps to increase the growth of small businesses in the Cook County area by acting as a liaison between loan recipients and loan applicants. Emphasis is placed on generating jobs in areas of high unemployment and increasing women and minority business participation.
The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC), funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), is a supplemental nutrition program focused on healthy eating for moms and kids.
CEDA’s Comprehensive Housing Counseling Program provides individualized one-on-one and group counseling education to families in the areas of pre-purchase and home buying, resolving or preventing mortgage delinquency or default, non-delinquency post purchase, improving mortgage terms, home improvement, locating, securing or maintaining residence in rental housing and shelter and services for the homeless.
