MORE EMPLOYERS LOOK TO CEDA’S WORKFORCE PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYEES.

Kristal Arteaga, a 20 year-old single mother heard about the CEDA Workforce and Economic Development Program through CEDA Teen Parenting Services. Kristal had great enthusiasm as she was about to receive her H.S. Diploma and attend Malcolm X College in the fall. She explained that she made some bad choices early on in life and now she was ready to accept the many challenges that may occur in the future.

Kristal showcased her potential as she directed the Summer Youth Internship’s Remedial Basic Skills Training. Impressed with her work and positive attitude, Kristal was recommended to a Summer Intern position at CEDA Near West.

Kristal’s top priority is her son Fabian. She is determined to provide a better quality of life for her family.
