Hiking with Steve

Hiking for Chicagoland was inspired by our former Board Member, Steve Brunton, as he set out to achieve his goal to complete the “Triple Crown” hiking the Appalachian Trail, Rocky Mountains & Pacific Crest Trail!

Steve is as committed as we are to building a thriving Chicagoland. As he hikes nearly 8,000 miles, he is raising funds to support CEDA’s mission to eradicate poverty here at home.

Rebuilding Chicagoland

Every foot Steve can climb is a step up for CEDA. Let’s show our support! Click “Pledge Now!” to make a pledge per foot or to make a flat donation.

100% of all funds donated will help support the students in our Green Generation Workforce Initiative, develop Affordable Housing, and support Black-women owned small businesses. CEDA is a private foundation formed under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code. All donations are tax deductible. You will receive a donation acknowledgement for your tax records.

Thank you for all of your support!
