Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance Notice
Community and Economic Development Association of Cook County, Inc. (CEDA), does not discriminate on the basis of disability in admission to, access to, or operations of its programs, services, or activities. CEDA does not discriminate on the basis of disability in its hiring or employment practices. This notice is provided as required by Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Individuals who need auxiliary aids or service for effective communication in programs and services conducted by CEDA should make their needs and preferences known to CEDA’s ADA Coordinator as soon as possible but no later than 72 hours before the scheduled event. Questions, concerns, complaints, or requests for additional information regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act are forwarded to CEDA’s designated ADA Coordinator.
